  • Conway Advisory was asked by InvesTT, the national promotion agency for Trinidad and Tobago, to prepare a 1 day training program in the beginning of 2015 for all of the organization’s marketing and business development staff.
  • Based on previous discussions with InvesTT, the organization wished to enhance the investment attraction skills of its professionals, particularly with respect to adopting a targeted and structured approach to identifying and engaging with potential investors.
  • Conway Advisory engaged with InvesTT prior to the training in order to identify the organizations requirements and gather background on participants. Additionally, we wanted to know what specific challenges were associated with investments.
  • After gathering this information, Conway Advisory created a 1 day training module focused on attracting FDI, covering the following topics:
    • The Sales Process
    • Identifying Potential Investors
    • Establishing Contact
    • First Meeting and Presentations
